Yoda turn Meter in Jedi Event

In the current event, in German it is called Orte der Macht, Yoda attacks 15-20 times in a row. One can not even see his turn meter filling, he just attacks and attacks. Is that a bug?
Happened only in my first attempt, in the second run I completed the bonus tier.
