CT-"Echo"s EMP Grenade + enemy Ship inspection

1. It came to my notice that Echo's EMP grenade does a tenacity check and buff stripping gets resisted ever so often. Now, compared to B2's "Mow Down" ability, which also strips buffs from all targets that are hit without doing a tenacity check, this seems not working as intended, or? (note: having to mod Echo for potency just for the Grenade seems a bit exaggerated, don't you think?)
2. Inspecting enemy ships in fleet arena always leads to a screen where one's own ship is being displayed. This bug has been around for quite a while now and its distressing, fix required, please!
