"You did not Rank High enough for Guild Rewards"??

Ranked 47th and didn't receive any rewards. Please help and fix. Thank you very much

I am really hoping you can help me out here, ive been locked out of raid rewards a couple of times now, and so far ive been able to get my guild to shift raid times so that I am still getting rewards but this is getting plain silly.
I am the only one that I know of in my guild suffering from this. I currently have 123,600 lifetime raid tickets, so I have not been guild hopping and as of right now at 10 am on saturday morning I wont be elligible for rancor raid rewards for another 1 day 8 hours.
