Challenge countdown timer on challenge list not counting down

On the page with the challenge group, the counter doesn't move.

Noticed when the first challenge was complete, but not the 2nd. Will check after midnight on if both are not complete.

Confirmed that it happens to both counters. They just stay on whatever the countdown time was when the screen loaded. System is not busy. I can scroll left/right, pull up notification bar, etc.

OS: Android
Device: Nexus 6
