Ship re-enforcement not working

It just started today when I did my fleet battle for the daily challenges. I know that this is an issue others have aswell, but it just stopped working out of the blue after I re-enforced once. It was working well yesterday and when players first started complaining about this. Has this happened to anyone else as in the function just stopped working today?

I have not experienced this but I am experiencing power issues in Fleet Arena. My team is suddenly 5K lower in power today.

Ok, it fixed after I manually updated the game

That's a bug, with the new power changes, your toons shouldn't have equal or higher power than before
