Chopper in Phase 3 Haat?

Would he be a good tank for a chirpatine/teeboTFP team? I can't find any guides using him, but with his protection bonus whenever he gets his, and protection recovery, in theory it seems like he'd be really good. Only 1 turn taunt tho might make it hard to set up.

Chopper is useless always.

He won't cause he only gets his protection up once, it doesn't stack.
His evasion is interesting though but since his taunt only lasts 1 turn he's not working well.

Kanan would be a better choice thanks to a high tenacity and some self healing if you're into using Phoenixes in HAAT.

If you put up Chopper taunt just before EP enters the never-ending loop, then it doesnt matter that his taunt lasts only 1 turn...

Unless StHan gets hit enough to cause him to go again.
So it still comes down to getting his speed just right and plenty of luck.
