Biggs Darklighter gets no love

I don't understand why people don't like biggs.
He is easily farmed, does good damage and has a good amount of health. So not a glass cannon.
If you pair him with a sid leader the critical hits are almost automatic.
What am I missing?
Is he just not flashy enough, not enough buffs what?
Why don't people like him?

If you like him then use him, if he works for you why give away your secrets? I know he can work in some builds its just most people haven't gone in that direction. My beef with him is he dosent really have a lot of Heath and he relies on taking crit damage to be viable, against ig86, fotp rey gs he simply won't be able to take enough damage to do what he needs to do. That's my opinion

Good point about taking a critical hit to start a buff.
That does stink.

It's good if it's only from a weak aoe but any good single target dps it's not very useful

He's decent but Resistence Pilot is just as easy to farm and I find much better. But Biggs does have some kinda ship buff in the data mined stuff so maybe he'll get his time to shine...
