Problems with games in app store is in a foreign language

While I was visiting Japan. I started to play SW Galaxy of Heroes however upon returning State side the in app store is still completely in Japanese. The rest of the game is in English but the first 3 tiles are all Japanese. I have tried to completely remove the game, and remove it from in app purchases. No luck the game still renders graphics in Japanese. How do I solve this problem? My Game Center id is the same as my id here: icanectc.
