A leader ability that would really shake things up

As a Rex user, with a few months of playing triple cleanse, I think a leader ability that lets the application of dots and debuffs deal a percentage of health in direct damage and also anytime they are cleansed would be enough for a fun shake up! I'm not sure what precent of health it would have to be but probably low like 4% with a zeta? Maybe 2%? Now with thrawn we all run Rex lead gk thrawn bla bla bla the meta changes are becoming slow due to single characters being so useful I would be down for a shake up please post your ideas for new interesting leader abilities and maybe they will use one someday!
