Mk 2 Sienar Holo Projector Prototype Salvage Drop Rate

Can you check the drop rate of this item and please improve it slightly. Spent over 300 energy trying to get it to drop from either 4-A Light or 3-H Dark without receiving a single one. Less than 1 in 50 drop rate is insane for a single blue gear salvage which requires 5 of them to craft the item itself. Based on it's current drop rate, to get all 5 would require over 250 attempts and at 6 energy a piece, I would need to use over 1500 energy to craft a single gear item.
