Double mod drops

Ive seen two events with this now
Would anyone venture to guess
If there will be another?
When it will be?
How frequent will it repeat?
Trying to plan crystal saving, any clues would help

They are pretty random and are usually connected to some special occasion. They will let us know a few days in advance whenever the next one happens.

I think it was 1 day for LS, other for DS, other for GW, other for mods, other for cantina and the last one included all of that, so 2 days

Usually for something special. Expect one in August with Territory Wars.

RNG for me has been terrible for double drops. I did two refreshes for Ewok Scout. I got 0 shards the first time and 2 on the refreshes. I have had terrible luck lately.

Double mod drops only happen for May 4th or star wars celebration; only once a year based on observation

I don't care too much about double drops... most time I get white mods and you don't need such mods.

Look at title, mods, guarenteed
Doubles even better
If u only keep 1 out of 50 best to farm them at 2 for 1

Even when it is double drops it spent always give you 2... it's the only double drop that doesn't actually guarantee a double drop. With drop rates now being 100% I wouldn't worry about it... just keep farming...

You have got to be one of the most bitter people on the forums...and that's saying something. Every thread you show up in involves how the game cheats you or you don't benefit from the game. Just remember the good times and carry on

Well after talking about it with many others, some more negativity
Hoping for mod double drops wasnt that far stretched, we had two instances fairly close together
Might have been a new thing
Softened the blow for the drop rate "adjustment"
The forum outcry was weak and sporadic and in many instances it policed itself (lol!)
But the best clue was right in the update information
NEW ULTRA BARGAIN SUPER MOD PACK
Probably what we will get, ill hold my crystals till after the ewok event
But probably in vain
