What is the fastest character (with help)?

If I give you mods worth +100 speed, what team can you make (likely just a lead + 1 character are relevant) that goes first? E.g. Yoda (with QGJ lead), SA (with Maul lead), ... ?

SA with zMaul is the fastest way to get your team to go first.

But Dooku or Sid can be made much faster under zMaul.

JE is way faster than Yoda even under zQGJ, and he can make your whole team go first like SA.

Han Solo 136 speed, but always shoots first
Count Dooku 167 speed, under Darth Maul 208 speed
Jawa Engineer 153 speed, with a full Jawa/Droid team 203 speed
Darth Sidious 161 speed, under Darth Maul 201 speed
Tie Fighter Pilot 170 speed, under Tarkin 200 speed
Sith Assassin 151 speed, under Darth Maul 188 speed

It's worth noting speed mods favor the characters with Darth Maul as a leader which changes the order significantly, so with +100 speed mods like you suggested Jawa Engineer isn't so fast

He's still quite fast. If JE is at max speed from mods (+175 supposedly, and no one is), and Sith Assassin is 20ish speed away from max he will still go first. That gap gets smaller at smaller speed increments of course.

Bottom line is that Sith Assassin will have a Sith team go first at equal character panel speeds starting at 200 speed, but he doesn't need that much more speed to go first anyway.
