Who to gear-Mace, Luminara or QGJ

I have gear available to upgrade 7* Luminara to gear 8 and another set of gear to upgrade 5* QGJ to gear 8 but those two sets of gear I can instead use to upgrade 33/65 4* Mace to purple gear. With the Yoda event I'm not sure if I should upgrade Mace or upgrade Luminara and QGJ to be stronger in arena. Or should I wait until I get lucky and get Yoda and maybe have enough gear for him.

Lumi. Hits hard and heals. They'll probably nerf QGJ next month.

Welcome to the forum, Lumi will prop any team up in all aspects of the game with the exception of dark only fights. QJ will add to her speed if he is lead.

QGJ is a beast even at 5*. He is fast, hits hard and has good utility. That being said, Lumi is very reliable, has a good kit and also hits very hard. The answer is to gear up both of them. I am not sure Mace is worth the mats until after you get QGJ and Lumi geared.
