it's very simple,
We recently have done a merge which left 1 guild slightly anorexic. 35 members.
Heroic pit raids are still being done, as well as normal tank raids. Getting about 4 raids a week and need more to help out.
All members are level 85, it is sister guild to a guild running both heroic raids.
Those who become ready for HAAT will move up to parent guild.
