Luminara ability upgrade

So I finally unlocked Luminara. I went to upgrade her healing. It starts off saying it heals 40%. As soon as I upgrade it drops down to 30%. ****. I couldn't find any other topics on this. Anyone else have this issue?

So, the in-game abilities are still level one, it's just a display error? Hmm.
