UI : endless cycle between character and shard finder

Hi,

I very often (at least daily) experience an endless cycle between the shard finder and the character's screen, while using the "back" button. Every time, once the problem arises, it keeps happening and I have to close the app to solve it.

Can you not use the "home" button?

Yes, but then I have to again go to my roster, again sort it the way I was using it or selecting Favorites, plus the scrolling.

So it is easier to close down the app entirely?

To solve the problem, yes.
When I do, I can use the "back" button again, for a time.
Same problem sometimes happen when starting in the shipment store, continuing to a character.
Six months ago, it never happened.
