Name Changing Issue

Someone suggested me to post this. I'm not underage, but for some reason I couldn't change my name. There is no pencil right next to my name. My ally code is 141-927-773. I've never chosen that name Veskasa Stargazer... Can someone fix that?

Try clicking where the pencil should be it doesn't load for some but still works
