Foresight issue

Why is my foresight so buggy. I run a zqgj Yoda jka EP zr2d2 team. Lately foresight is clearly not working. I get vadar (Jedi don't get to evade him) and fett (execution can't be evaded) but it's numerous times that its not working. In the my fights this morning kylo hit me twice with foresight on and GK once. Both times it cost me the match. Am I missing something? Part of running a zqgj leaf and having Yoda in the first place is to avoid damage.

Were they stunned? Stunned characters cannot dodge and hence overrides Foresight.
