Game Speed Issue

hi. i am looking to see if anyone else has this problem.. when i fight an arena battle it is in 4x, once my battle is complete and i go to enter another battle the 4x indicator is showing however the speed of the characters movement is super slow. just wondering if this could be a bug as it has happened several times today. thanks

What is your device model and OS? Did you enter the next battle right after the first one by refreshing attempts with Crystals?

hi. i am currently using iOS. it has happened in both instances. where i have refreshed and then rushed into another battle and also when i have waited until my next battle is ready and entered. so on both occurrences. thanks for the response.
