Unnecessary Restriction on Paploo's Galvanize Skill (can't target Dazed allies)

Dispel all Debuffs from Paploo and target another ally. If the target other ally is Ewok, they are called to assist and gain 10% tm.
Poorly worded: Perhapes: Dispel all Debuffs from Paploo and another targeted ally. If the ally is Ewok, they are called to assist and gain 10% tm.
The primary affect is a Cleanse of Paploo and targeted ally.
In the AT event, I wanted to use Paploo's skill to remove debuffs from my ewok Eldar, who had dazed and a few other debuffs. I forget what he was also affected by (speed down or stun or Ability block), my intent was to cleanse him so he could heal group next turn. After 3min of trying to select him I realized that you cannot select Dazed allies. My squad ended up wiped on 8/8 in part because I could not get the heal in.
I guess this could a hidden affect of Dazed, I.E. you cannot target Dazed allies with skills. Just first time I have seen it.

1) it cleanses first, according to the description.
2) The assist part is Ewok only.
If the cleanse happened after the assist, it would still be useful as a cleanse.
