(Ships) foresight useless on tie fighter (TFP)

I use this fleet under executix:
Biggs, TFP, fotp, Vader, umbaran.
Reinforcements: scimitar (others not worth mentioning T for the mater at hand).

I fought the same team (also executrix), as I do on a daily basis.
His scimitar is on the field, stealthed, I use TFp special to get foresight (my TFP was with red health and also good to give tm to executrix) and immediately was enemy scimitar turn to attack. He attacked my TFP and killed TFP.

Not only my TFP didn't evade. He had foresight and it did nothing.
It wasn't a display bug (foresight displayed when it's not there) because I gave foresight to TFP.

Also Mace Ship AoE deals damage to TFP even when it has Foresight on...

Yeah I noted that also (although I thought in that case was WAI?)
But scimitar doing that no way

Ironically, yesterday Windu used his pink sparkles against my TF when it did NOT have foresight, and it dodged.
