Zader question...

When Zader refreshes DoT do they begin to do damage based on his stats?
For example, a low level characters DoT normally doesn't do very much damage... So would his refresh apply his damage for all DoTs?

DOTs do a constant damage based on the target's health, not based on the stats of the character that inflicted the DOTs.
