Couldn't agree more useful but is becoming irrelevant with new characters like new Luke REbel officer Leia and new Han. He could beat all three in universe together and in the game it seems he'd get beat by anyone of them. Do I believe he needs quite an upgrade he is the LEADER of the galactic empire maybe a zeta on his special were every imperial ally is healed and all enemies receive 10% damage to health (bypasses protection) this damage is doubled for rebels. This would give the Empire a great healer they are in need of.
