missing crystals

I believe I am missing around 600-700 crystals.
I checked if I accidentially clicked on shipments or mods but nothing was greyed out. I am also fairly confident I have not used them for anything else but then would not rule it out completely. Would be great if you could check it if you have time. If not it's not a big deal. Wonderful game in any case
