Dooku under palp lead
I've noticed this for a while, but was unsure to say anything about it so here it goes:
In GW and Raids (and other places in the game) Dooku doesn't gain his 20% health for each debuff he inflicts during his counter attacks but when it is his turn and inflicts his debuffs, he gains his 20% health for each debuff he inflicts.
I don't know if this is an already known issue so don't attack me if it is. Would love to get some Dev responses to this too.

Well, I read it, it doesn't apply for counter attacks
But it used to happen before (a few months ago) and though that it was normal
