Is there a reason you're not using the potency cross primary? I know he gives tenacity down, but seems you're going for more resists for tm gain?

And more survivability with 5% prot. & health regen with a zeta'ed "It binds all things". Since it's his go to zeta he'll get 40% potency anyway.

Yeah but 41% potency isn't great.

You can use potency secondaries. You just need about an extra 10-15% and there's synergies with defense and damage as well. @Krayden_Phogg

Yea which is good sweet spot for arena. Any higher and you have to make some compromises
