Was Rex just recently added or I just didnt notice him before?

Is rex a new addition? I just encountered him now and he seems to be a nice turn meter manipulator.

He was added alongside Yoda.

Thanks @D_Millennial! Looking into clone team but hopefully rex can be farmed somewhere aside from chrom cards.

EA/CG have hinted that all Chromium Exclusives will eventually become farmable in the future.
