Dumb question for you veterans

Which player on your squad is picked by your allies? Is it your highest strength character? Sorry if this is a dumb question I couldn't find it in the search.

Kabbage

I believe it's the leaders of your Light side / Dark side teams, so my allies can pick my Bariss or my Sidious. I noticed my allies have a lot of chewbacca and Sidious. Sometimes I get Vader or Ima.

HavokTrigger

I've been removing all my allies that use the same characters I use. Chewy especially. This way I have a much more diverse group of allies to pick from.
