I am usually a defender of rng in the face of bad runs of luck. However, right now it is hard to. I've been farming cuffs since I unlocked CLS six days ago, using several refreshes exclusively on cuffs, but I only have 31, and I started at six. I just did three refreshes of energy and got ONE cuff. I still defend rng. I don't think this is some EA way of getting me to spend crystals; it's just really crappy luck for a week straight.

At times like these, I wish the game had a "buy it now" feature using energy instead of crystals. I'd spend 50 energy for one guaranteed cuff instead of 10 energy for a chance at one. I wouldn't do it all the time, but for right now, while I am in a huge slump, it would make me appreciate the game a little more. Imagine players feeling GOOD about their gaming experience, even when grinding cuffs - probably the worst part of the game.

I didn't want to start bashing rng here. As I said, I think it does work out in the end. It's more of a piece of mind feature.
