Missing Mods

Modding Tusken Shaman for P2 HAAT... click confirm, greeted with an error code and forced to restart. upon restart mods are neither on shaman or in my mods available for selection. They've vanished, spoke to technical, followed advice and cleared cached and app data, reload... still not there. They investigate further and say they cant locate missing mods, so I have been asked to post this on the forums then hung up on.

Extremely peeved, these mods were good mk5 (4 out of 6) mods all with high speed secondaries, a speed arrow, potency cross etc they took me months to acquire. Gone in seconds and no hope of getting them back, rudely dealt with on the phone, offered no further help other than post on the forums, hung up on mid sentence.

Wow, so it's not just me! Others have seen the same issue. I felt so alone when I posted this:

Also, if you have a swgoh.gg, it will have your mods listed on that char as long as it hasn't done the daily update yet, take a screen shot of that for proof , it might help

These mods were unattached before loading them onto shaman (as these mods were used for raids only amongst several toons), swgoh.gg only shows attached mods. It wouldn't bother me so much if they were easily replaced but they're not, speed secondaries seem even rarer these days

Oh, well that is worse for sure, no chance they were on a char when your profile last updated?

No, I reuse them so often it's easier to keep them unattached so I don't forget who they're on.

Hopefully time will tell but if I get no response I'm done, what's to stop this happening again and again til I've lost all my best mods.

I'm going through the exact same thing. Just maxed 4 of my best mods. I was on a lengthy phone call with EA and it got me nowhere. Has anyone had their issue resolved?? I won't support a game that doesn't remedy situations like this.

I never got the mods back, they investigated and couldn't find any missing mods.
