That is why i waited to farm him until CG posted the update notes. Those notes only had minimal changes. The major changes were withheld.

The big complaint I see is the speed, which has no effect, as it was but 1 point, then they overhauled the speed system. It was more a coincidental change from reshuffling his gear, and the real nerf was the speed change
