Different paths, opportunities, and customization in the game

I feel like giving players options of what path to chose would be very neat and diversify the game greatly. It may be too late for this, but it is still an idea. An example of this would be in the upcoming territory battles. If the players had the option to either unlock captain han or let's say admiral piett, or another empire character of equivalent value. This would create a gap in the game where players can see a clear distinction in each other players chosen destiny and story. Another possibility would be to instead of unlocking new toons give an option to upgrade other characters which can only be done through the forfeit of new toon acquisition.

May be a little far fetched but let me know what you think! Assuming balance in the toons this would be a great way to create individuality and player distinction within the game.

    bumped over to the correct sub forum.

    this is an interesting idea, but yeah, might be a little late for an system like this to be introduced. the game is really being developed into a "collect them all" style so making someone choose one path doesn't really play into that concept.
