Bad Guilds
If you haven't seen a guild raid for a while (especially Obsidian Order, Sand is Coarse & Rough) check the leader activity. An inactive Leader will prevent a raid starting.
Guild Leader & Officer can swap roles but if both are inactive, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. It seems role swap is the only oversight EA has - when some gear items can only be gained by raids, this lack of oversight is an appalling lax attitude.
Guild leaders, I urge you to expel inactive guild members - they hold places that active players can use to make raids more frequent. Guild membership, like raid awards, should be EARNED! Inactivity amounts to a declaration "I'm no longer part of these benefits."
