If C-3PO were to happen, what would he be like?

He could have interactions with Ewoks - maybe a leader ability for the little guys. Definitely interactions with R2 similar to Wiggs. But that thing can barely attack so maybe a support basic attack. He should be support of healer but I can actually see him as Tank. He should be 3* but ifs he 5* I would not be surprised.

A tank? All it would take is one non Omega'd ugnaught to take that "tank" apart.
