Is there a minimum level for legendary events?

On a new shard, I'm going to have five 5* rebels ready for when the next Emperor's Demise event rolls around on Sept 15th. However, being a new shard, those rebels will only be around level 50.

Is there a minimum level requirement for these events? Are they tuned for a certain level? Or could you technically do them at level 20 if you have five 5* characters? Will, obviously, the intent of unlocking those legendaries at 5 stars.

The only requirement is star count....that being said, obviously higher levels will do better. I can't tell you how hard tier V is because I was strong enough for tier VII the first time I did it. However, you want them AT LEAST level 50 because you want mods on them. But keep in mind that levels are tied to how high you can upgrade their abilities, and also to gear level. I'd guess that for tier V you should shoot for at least g7.

You can participate with level 1 characters, but for obvious reasons you are going to enjoy estrogen if you do that
