Raid solo

So serious question why is it that luke is still allowed to Solo the rancor but the devs said themselves that no one toon should be able to Solo the raid.

Luke ruined the pit, before the release of Luke we had approx 4 people who could Solo, now literally almost 30 people in our guild all fight for ties because it can be Solo'd with just luke alone.

They never said 1 toon. They said one extremely underpowered character or characters shouldn't dominate a raid due to an exploit in game mechanics. The most powerful character in the game (only one that unlocks at 7*) should do well.

They pretty much said Luke solo'd the Rancor in the movies, so why shouldn't he be able to solo the rancor on this game.

Because the excuse of this game is a holo tables games and you can mix and match toons when compared to you see find it fit to follow movie lore yeah dude ok

The one who solo Rancor was Jedi Luke Skywalker with 1 hand missing, clad in black.

This game can't be a holo tables game where you can combine any type of toons and also be able to pick and choose when it follows the lore of the series.

You can't have luke that solos rancor but not even a darth Vader with force choke.

You can't have a luke that solos rancor and pushed Rex out of meta but sidious even tholore wise would hand nearly every toon a severe whooping but he's not even close to lore power

Being a holo table game means you can do exactly that. You don't have to justify your decisions to the movies, but you can use to the movies to justify your decisions.

So what you're really saying is that it's ok some toons get special treatment and can be justified by movies when they see fit but the other toons are left to be shallow shells of what they are in the movies.....

Yeah sounds like an awesome way to balance toons but then again the devs have NEVER been great with balancing

I'm not saying it's a good idea, but it's what the devs have been doing. Personally I'm 100% happy with Luke being able to solo the Rancor by himself. With the introduction of Territory Battles, and new content, the Rancor raid needs to be practically simmable, and CLS achieves just that.

Luke and raid Han on auto does it for me, I get to throw it on auto and do work and come back to a solo
