Jyn Erso - Revive Not Working in Heroic Rancor Phase 1

Apologies if this has already been noted somewhere.

Just completed a Heroic Rancor with my Rebel team (Phase 1 and part of Phase 2) but lost Wedge during Phase 1. Jyn's "Rebel Counterattack" should have revived Wedge when it criticalled, which it did often (as in, the numbers were yellow) but he never revived. As soon as I entered phase 2, the first critical resulted in him being revived.

Is this a known bug?

Did Wedge have Deathmark on him? If so, that prevents revives.

But would a deathmark death allow a res in phase two or is it perma?
