TB suggestion for improvement--displaying guild wide GP remaining to be deployed

I know the deployment screen shows individuals how many GPs they have remaining to be deployed, but one tool that would help officers plan is to know how many GPs across the entire guild that have yet to be deployed in a phase. That would allow us to know when we have done enough on platoons and combat to reach the next star level. Thank you.

It would also be nice to be able to "lock" a territory so people can't contribute more into it. For us smaller guilds who have people who don't listen, we could make sure they can only focus on the territory we have opened to them.
