How are fleet shards formed?
Title says it all really, and cant find it online. Three arena mates hit 60 the past two days, two ended up in same shard (we think), at ranks 200ish and 600ish, a third one who hit 60 a day later entered at rank 350 in another shard.
Player 1 had 300k power, but the other two some 120k.
So: how does this work, exactly? Are fleet shards much smaller than arena shards?
