Who would you buff?

Take note devs and stealth it in as you like to do. I would buff MagnaGuard give him twenty more speed or about 120 speed. And give him a high stun Chace as his weapon is a electric pole.

    Mace and Savage just got buffs, so give it a while to sink in. And I'm not too sure about Bane and the Tuskens as I don't see or use them (but maybe that's a reason to give them a buff anyway).

    Resistance trooper saved me in GW today despit only being lvl 42 4*4 3/3/3, so he just went up on my todo list, if he is worth it time will tell

    The tuskens, the jawas, teebo <= though his stealth has caused some interesting GW b and goon squad outcomes that resulted in hilarious matches. Like a stealthed coruscant cop stunning bunch of chars and a mob enforcer chucking grenades and actually winning.

    Annie needs a buff, Vader definitely does not, when/if he gets to 7* he will be the best toon in the game.

    Run him with debuff heroes like Sid and Kylo (and others) and his special attack does ridiculous damage

    Every Light Side character not named "Yoda", "Luminara", or "Jedi Consular".

    Cad Bane!! And scoundrel detonators! seriously, have them blow after 1 turn with higher damage too, what is going on with them? they're useless at present.

    But first off, Cad Bane, then after that maybe you could look at Cad Bane.

    Oh another one that really needs a buff would be Cad Bane.

    I think to truly judge a character they have to be 7* and minimum gear 7.

    Vader seems a bit at 4*, but since most teams I face in the GW or arena are all 6* or 7* across the board, those toons have the advantage most of the time.

    Exactly, it's hard to say who needs a buff/nerf unless they are at 7*. Vader right now is the only 4* that could actually be useful in arena at top level.

    Annie looks like he needs a buff, but I haven't seen anyone with 7*.

    Plus a lot of toons get some awesome skill additions at skill level 8. For example QGJ speed works for all allies at 8 not just Jedi.

    Cad Bane right now is solely a Jedi killer and nothing else.

    Mace should be +50% dmg above half life and +75%dmg below half life. Screw this life steal crap

    He is already good,especially when his offence is up due to stunned enemies. But he has a useless special that should be tweaked.
