Bug?: Upgrade to G12 Stats Cycling

Edit: Appears to be a display bug? When I hit upgrade to take QGJ from G11 to G12, the stats that quickly cycle on the screen (the stat gains that pop up and disappear) showed a +6250 health gain. This doesn't happen until you add the Mk12 ArmaTek Medpak.
