TB and leaving guild temporarily

Is it possible to leave a guild temporarily while a TB is ongoing, then return and continue with the TB? Have an option to do some quick merc work, but obviously can't leave the current TB for the duration.

Don't do it. You will not be allowed to reenter TB until all 6 phases are complete. I accidentally clicked the join button in guild search and got kicked out for the remainder even after I participated in P1.

So you are not allowed to compete in later phases, but what about rewards? Do you still get rewards as all of the other guildmembers, or you locked out of that too? Or is it too early to tell?
