Speed Bug in Arena?

My Team HK Lead, Poe, Poggle, IG86/88..
Enemy Lead Phasma, Sid, Kylo, CT-5555, Poe
Why the ***** is Phasma, Kylo and Ct attacking before my Poe and Poggle? I get 5 attacks from my opponent until my Poe starts.. sorry but this is a joke..

I found out i think, since his Poe goes before mine he reduce my speed for the whole team.. crap..
