Quick question that I am sure has already been discussed, but I couldn't find a thread on it.
With R2's "Number Crunch" the 10% of Max Protection, Max Health.....etc. Is that just 10% of his base stats? Or do the perks of mods add to this as well?

without this addition only base stats i believe so
Yes they lose it. You can clearly notice it in the health bars of chirrut or han solo.
