TB out of tune! Impossible to 9* P4 with less than ~113M GP!

Talk about TB being WAY out of tune. CG needs to ramp up ships effort and cut down on middle or bottom sections. You need about 75M character GP to earn all stars in middle and south sections of P4. This means, currently, only the top 20 guilds will ever do such (my guild is 27th on GP).

How far should they tune it down? Maybe to where the top 27 guilds are able to 3 star the middle and bottom sections?

There are quite a few guides here on these forums and other places that can give you a step by step guide to increasing you GP to be most effective. I think with a little effort, your guild should be able to break the 3 star barrier in both of those areas. Most likely, you'll just have to expand your rosters, which will come with time.
