0 damage rewards

Does anyone know how these are calculated? How is one 0 damage stronger or more effective than another 0 damage? Is it alphabetical? Is it chronological? Or is it just completely arbitrary, and the devs just decide, meh, you get junk. Seriously, how is one 0 better than another?

It is random now a day's so they say, used to be sorted by player id

0 position's are randomized - by huge player request.

Rewards are also VERY random - you can get #2 spot and get horrible rewards, junk you already have 1000's of, but you can get 28th and get a fully crafted item for a toon.
