Quick & easy guild instructions for TB?

Hey everyone,

For those of us who are guild officers/leaders managing TB, I wanted to check what you tell your guild members to do for TB. We've got about 52k GP so we have to be judicious about placing deployments compared with older/more hardcore guilds.

Here's the msg I typically have been sending out per day (once in morning and update in evening):
  • PHASE 1: Everyone, TB has started for the week. Please fill platoons and do combat missions/deploy.
  • PHASE 2: Everyone, please do combat missions and platoons in both sectors. Please prioritize deploying to bottom, or whichever has fewer stars when you deploy.
  • PHASE 3: Everyone, please do combat missions and platoons in all 3 sectors. For ground missions, please prioritize deploying to bottom, or whichever has fewer stars when you deploy.
  • PHASE 4: Everyone, please do combat missions and platoons in all 3 sectors. For ground missions, please prioritize deploying to bottom, or whichever has fewer stars when you deploy.
  • PHASE 5: Everyone, please do combat missions in all 3 sectors. We will update which platoons to target shortly. For ground missions, please prioritize deploying to bottom until it is at least 1* then move to mid.
  • PHASE 6: Everyone, please do combat missions in all 3 sectors. If you need your ships for combat then do not put them in platoons. We will update which ground platoons to target shortly. For ground missions, please prioritize deploying to bottom until it is at least 1* then move to mid.

You should really fill platoons first. Figure out what the difficult to fill spots are, and who if anyone in your guild can fill them. Hold off on the CM's until you've hit however many platoons you intend to fill.

We tell people to look at platoons first and ignore platoons that are impossible to fill (paaloo, reaper, etc) Then look for any uncommon heroes that you're able to fill in platoons (Fulcrum, Baze, etc).
After that it's pretty similar to what you describe, though we take a 1* - 1* - 2* - 2* -3* - 3* approach - always work on the territory that's easiest to get the next star. And we lock out combat missions and deployment once we know a territory is done, even if people haven't done them in that territory.

Not all platoons need to be filled first most effect other days but day 2 South and day 5 mid and all of day 6 platoons should be done before combat

Right, but doing platoons first is so that you don't accidentally use a unit in a combat mission that could have gone to completing a platoon.

With the additional special missions some consideration/guidance of which to prioritize may be in order (if you have choice between doing a special mission or doing regular combat mission, which should you pick).

We don't have quite as much GP, and have a lot of folks who don't have powerful enough teams for later phases, so have somewhat different strategy in the end.
In phase 5, we do top and bottom, aiming for 2* in bottom, and wind up just shy of 1 star in the middle. Next day we aim to get 2 stars in the middle territory for phase 5. (Still haven't gotten 1 star in ground on phase 6.)
