GW not loading - stuck without reward without node
I beat he node 11 but when opening the crate reward the game got stuck. After a while the game continued working again but it shows not rewards gotten, and it doesn't show the last node, so I'm stuck.
In other words I'm missing node 11 crate, node 12 and node 12 crate.
Check the screens.
Ps: everytime I get out of GW and go back, the node 11 crate is closed and when I open it, it doesn't show any rewards.

It was minutes before my reset so I had to restart GW or else I'll miss 12 GW (you can see in the pictures I had 12 GW on reserve too)
I need to be compensated for those two node crates
