Why are my characters losing chards i have collected?

i have lost some of my chards, well not happy. what else I am losing which I didnt notice

Your not the only one who'se noticed the missing of collected shards, I had collected 40/65 shards for Darth Sidis, 12/25 shards for Princess Leia and half the amount need for the 3rd night sister character (the 1 w/the arrow)& after the update, lost 'em all
