How to run HAAT.

My guild has just gone from taking a day to do HAAT to taking under a couple hours. This is due to coordination being easier because all the principle hitters know what they are doing. We'd like to open it up to a more time zone friendly method so that everyone in the guild will get the chance to participate in each phase equally, rather than just running a train after a zero damage period. From other's experience, what is the most effective way to accomplish this?

Rotate the starting time by 6 hours each raid with a 24 hour registration period. That should mean each person can register and will awake for 3 out of 4 raids.

Our guild still does it FFA, with a 24 hour break between p3 and p4.

No reason to go crazy, get it on farm and keep it simple.
